50 in 50 #9

I lost 1.5 pounds. Okay. I'm kind of bugged because earlier in the week I'd shown a greater weight loss and really thought I'd hit my 10 pound mark. But today, no. I've got to limit weighing to just Sundays in order to avoid this kind of emotional roller coaster. 1.5 pounds is exactly what I should be aiming for. Have I convinced you that I've convinced myself of that? Sigh.

  1. I've been there babe, so frustrating when that happens. I always tell myself, well, at least it was down 1.5 (or whatever the amount - sometimes only .2) rather than up? Also, what kind of NSVs (non-scale victories) did you have? I bet you can find at least 10 of them!!! And the way I figure it, each time I have a NSV that means another .2 I will lose some time in the future! So if you figure out what 10 of your NSVs are, then you just helped yourself lose another 5lbs!!! :)

  3. Keep up the good work Bonnie! I know it's not easy, but you're doing great! Remember you have many, many people who love you and are cheering for you. Be patient and pamper yourself along the way, you deserve it!!!

  5. I know exactly what you mean Bonnie - I like the idea of a NSV - going to rejoin WW myself next week - I am going to making a list of them myself. Thanks for the motivation Bonnie.
